Safety Equipments for My Works

John Dylan's story

I start work at an early age. But why? Because I want to support my family at that time. Day by day I become a tools expert but I never forget that family is my first priority. I never miss any family function of a small family. Because I know how important I am to them. Many times ago I faced an accident through the electric chisel. Wood dust interns on my eye and my eye really damaged for this. My children, wife, and parents all feel very worried about me. I will never forget the time. I was able to cross that journey in a short time but my friend was suffering for a long time.

My childhood friend Richard is the owner of the wooden furniture factory. A few years ago when he ran a table saw machine, unfortunately, his finger touched the saw blade. His finger was badly damaged, but luckily his finger was saved. Because As soon as the accident happened, he was taken to the nearest  Beaumont Health Center.

After this incident, I always try to use safety equipment when I am work or explore various tools. Here is the list of my all-time use equipment when I am using tools.

In this article, I am sharing about my safety equipment but I want to know more about you. In this comment box, you can share your safety gear. Not only this you can also suggest to me about the safety gear or equipment. You can also find me on , and  . Through this social media you can share anything about tools with me I will try my best.

Safety Gloves

When I use tools all the time I wear safety gloves. Because a pair of safety gloves saved my hand from an unwanted accident. Especially when I am working with any power tools like a saw machine, chisel, drill, hammer, jackhammer.  The hand is the key part of our body that is used to operate any tools. For this reason, the hand needs to be safer. What do you think about your hand safety?

Dust Mask

Dust is created by the use of almost all work equipment, from woodwork to electrical work. I have an allergy problem which makes it difficult for me to breathe if I stay in the dust for a long time. Even when running saw machines I have trouble with small pieces of wood dust. That's why I always use a dust mask when using equipment that creates dust.  Those who have difficulty breathing should use Dust Max when using tools.

Earplug

Most of the power tools create much noise when it is used. Such as, drill machine, bandsaw, chainsaw, sander, cutter,  jackhammer and so on all create noise. And it is also true that working with unbearable noise while working becomes very problematic. Since I am a tools expert I have to work with tools, even if it sounds like it. I use earplugs to solve noise problems. I have different types of earplugs of different brands. But I feel more comfortable using rubber earplugs. You can tell in the comment box what kind of earplug you use.

Welding Shield

I love using tools. So I chose the job of a tools expert but it is never unsafe. I think more about eye safety when doing welding work because then hot carbon is released.

I use welding sets when I do any welding work. Hot sparks are quite dangerous if they are connected with the body, especially the eye.

Safety Glass

I said at the beginning of the writing that I had a serious problem because his dust got inside my eyes during work. It took me roughly two to three weeks and I had to get to the hospital. I still wonder what would have happened if I had thought about safety in my eyes. From then on, whenever I work with many tools, I always wear safety glasses thinking about eye safety. I have a lot of safety glasses, many of which I bought to order online and some of which I designed myself.
